We have a 14 day return and exchange policy and will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on items that are eligible. Your product must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging including tags.

You have 14 days after your purchase is received to submit a refund or exchange request. We require that all products be returned within 10 days of receiving your return label. Returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement will then be eligible solely for exchanges and the refund request will be cancelled.

All items are quality checked upon return. If an item appears to be used or damaged it will no longer be eligible for a return or an exchange. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your item is not approved, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. If your item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges will be shipped upon availability and contingent upon it meeting the requirements stated above.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to credit card as some companies can take 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We will send you an update on your order once we process your request.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@theworthybone.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with further instructions on where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we currently do not offer pre-paid labels and your original shipping charges will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from the total of your original payment. If the item(s) are submitted for an exchange, we will provide a shipping label at no cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and Quality Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send photo documentation to hello@theworthybone.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
