We currently only offer shipping throughout the U.S but if you are interested in purchasing our products, please email us at hello@theworthybone.com and we will do our best to accommodate you and your furry friends.

Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses.

Any order with a PO Box will be cancelled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please reach out directly to the courier for more information on your items.

Tracking my order:
All delivery options include tracking information. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Once your order has been picked up and scanned by our courier, the shipping and delivery status is out of our control.

Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected directly from our couriers. We offer USPS and UPS carrier calculated shipping at checkout so you can decide which option works best for you.
