Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on items that are subject to the rules below. Your product must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in it’s original packaging including tags.

We have a 14 day return policy which means that you have 14 days after you received your purchase to submit a refund request. We require that all products be returned within 10 days of receiving your return label. Returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement will then be eligible solely for exchange and the refund request will be cancelled.

All items are quality checked upon return. If an item appears to be used or damaged it will no longer be eligible for a return or an exchange. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your item is not approved, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. If your item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped upon availability, contingent upon it meeting the requirements stated above.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to credit card as some companies can take 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We will send you an update on your order once we process your request.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@theworthybone.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with further instructions on where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we currently do not offer pre-paid labels and your original shipping charges will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from the total of your original payment. If the item(s) are submitted for an exchange, we will only provide a shipping label if there is a quality issue or if the item is damaged. Otherwise, the shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
