Returns and Exchanges
Please make sure to measure your pets properly to avoid ordering the wrong product sizes.
We have a 14 day return and exchange policy and will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on items that are eligible. Your product must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging including tags.
